What is Holistic Health Coaching?
A holistic approach to health and wellness means we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
We do not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. We do not create a list of restrictions, itemizing good and bad foods. Instead, we work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
We come along side with you to reach your health goals to achieve your optimal weight, reduce food cravings, increase sleep, and improve your energy! Working together develops a deeper understanding of the your food and lifestyle choices which best work for you. Then you can more easily implement lasting change that improves your overall energy, balance and health.
Programs are tailored to fit your desired goals, time committment and budget. Health Coaches are available face-to-face onsite or through phone and/or video chat. We want to be flexible enough to remove the roadblocks for your success.
Our team consults with Dr. Wine and coordinates a holitistic whole body approach to overcoming roadblocks and reaching overall wellness of clients. They are specifically trained in the areas of diet and holistic lifestyle to equipe you with the tools and knowledge to make better choices for your wellbeing. Their services are open to all patients and non-patients of WHHC, either in single sessions or bundled packages.

"I grew up, and still live, in Hartland, Michigan with my hilarious husband, two great kids, and sweet dog. I graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Materials and Logistics Management in 1995. In 1999, I became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer in 2003.
Working several careers in logistics, then a Credit Union job and lastly a Health and Wellness track, I still needed something. Then I had a life-changing moment! I attended Oprah's "The Life You Want" weekend in September of 2014. Oprah Winfrey asked me what my life goal was...that I needed to share my lifelong passion! The following month I enrolled in Institute for Integrative Nutrition (INN).
This is what I truly want to be doing with my life. Communicating with you a variety of dietary theories and offering practical lifestyle coaching methods. Together, with your willingness and my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. I graduated from IIN in October, 2015 as a Certified Holistic Health Coach!"
Faye is our champion for the Weight Managment Program and loves to see patients succeed in their health goals. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience coaching people to reach their weight goals.
She has three children and a loving husband of 30 years. And when she's not at work or increasing her knowledge of holistic health, she loves riding her horse, enjoying her dogs, exercising and hiking.
Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan she started her career in corporate wellness. She helped employees optimize their well-being in the areas of weight loss, healthy eating, exercise and stress management. For the past 14 years, she has continued helping individuals outside of business community with a holitistic approach to wellness.

In doing so, I am better able to specifically design a program to meet their individual needs. Looking at the whole person with a holistic approach allows me to use many tools that help them to achieve lasting changes."
