New Patient Process

Our goal at Wine Holistic Health Center is to help you get to the root cause of your current health concerns, while providing you with the highest level of personalized medicine. This means there are 3-steps to your New Patient Process: Initial Visit, Labs and Treatment Plan Appointment.

Your Initial Visit will last up to 45 minutes with Dr. Wine.  This includes time spent before and after your visit for Dr. Wine to review the data you provide on the patient portal and any previous labs you may provide in advance.  Plan on being at the center approximately 60 minutes for your Initial Visit to allow for any paperwork that needs to be completed.

Labs are either done the day of your appointment or scheduled afterwards if fasting is required. Dr. Wine and the staff will instruct you on the lab testing after your Intial Visit with the physician. Lab test results will take approximately 2-6 weeks. This is the 2nd step in your New Patient Process. 

The Treatment Plan Appointment is the last step in the New Patient Process. It will ast between 45-60 minutes depending on your healthcare needs and complexity of your case. At this step, you will receive your action steps on how to treat your healthcare issue.  

In order to maximize your time during your Initial Visit, and enhance your quality of care, please fax or mail any previous labs for the past 1-2 years at least 7 days prior to your Initial Visit. This will allow Dr. Wine ample time to review the data before you meet with her. We cannot guarantee that Dr. Wine will have time to review your documentation if we do not receive your documents at least 7 days before the Initial Visit.

All patients are required to arrive 15 minutes early, to have any remaining paperwork completed and complete your registration for the patient store.

When coming from out of town, please consider scheduling your appointment in the morning, and plan to arrive fasting for possible lab draws immediately after your appointment. Please let our staff know in advance that you're traveling to come to visit Dr. Wine for further instructions. Many of the tests require a 10-hour fast. You can, and should drink plenty of plain water during this fast. Costs of all testing will be reviewed with you by our staff after your Intial Visit and before labs are drawn. You will receive a copy of all final lab results after the Treatment Plan Appointment.

Prices for Services

Initial Visit is 45 minutes face-to-face with Dr. Wine at $399 ($200 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule the appointment, and the remaining $199 is due upon the visit.)

Labs can range between $100 to $1,000 depending upon the lab that is ordered, the terms and conditions of your health insurance plan, and deductibles relavant to lab services. Our experience is most patients are paying between $100 and $500 out-of-pocket for required labs. 

Treatment Plan Appointment is either 45 minutes or 60 minutes depending upon the complexity of your case. The 45 minute appoinmtent is $383 and the 60 minute appoinment is $510. Dr. Wine will not know how much time is needed until both the initial visit is completed and the labs are received and reviewed back at the clinic. Our experience is most patients are needing 45 minutes for their Treatment Plan Appointment. 

Follow up appointments

  • $128 for a 15 minute appointment

  • $255 for a 30 minute appointment

  • $383 for a 45 minute appointment

  • $510 for a 60 minute appointment

  • $765 for a 90 minute appointment

Health Coaching Programs

Refunds, Cancellation & Rescheduling

New Patients: To schedule your Initial Visit with Dr. Wine which establishes you as a patient, you must leave a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. If for any reason you decide not to come to the appointment, your deposit is forfeited. However, if a scheduling conflict arises and you need to reschedule, we require a 3-business day notification of your request in order to honor your deposit for another day. Otherwise, your original deposit would be forfeited, and you would need to provide an additional non-refundable $200 deposit to secure any new future Initial Visit with Dr. Wine.

Established Patients: Due to the overwhelming demand for appointments, there is a 3-business day cancellation and rescheduling policy. Your appointment with the doctor must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 business days prior to your consultation time or you will be charged for the entire visit. Please call 810-355-4201. Phone calls are the preferred method of cancellation/rescheduling. If you choose to use the patient portal to cancel or reschedule your appointment via email you are responsible to make sure that email was received and responded to by our staff within the 3 business day time period. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of your office visit. There is NO charge to cancel or reschedule appointments prior to 3 business days. Our desire is to best serve our patients. Last minute cancellations/re-scheduling impact our ability to offer comprehensive holistic care to patients efficiently and effectively. We can no longer absorb the cost of patients missing their appointments. As soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the office at 810-355-4201, so that we may offer your appointment time to someone on the waiting list. We also understand emergencies happen. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis. 

All Patients - Package / Program Pricing: Any and all packaged program pricing offered at Wine Holistic Health Center is non-refundable. This applies to the Weight Loss Program, Health Coaching packages, Ozone packages, Sonic Foot bath packages, supplement purchases, teaching and training classes, and anything marketed and promoted as a “package” or “program” by Wine Holistic Health Center.

Supplements: There are no returns for supplements purchased in the office at Wine Holistic Health Center, and therefore no refunds of products purchased. Any questions on products purchased online via Wellevate, need to be directed to Wellevate (a division of Emerson Ecologics) at 855-935-5382.

Late Policy

We do our best to start every appointment on time so that we can provide excellent medical care to each of our patients. Therefore, we expect our patients to be here several minutes prior to the start of their scheduled appointment time so that vitals can be obtained and any paperwork can be completed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please call the office if you anticipate being late at 810-355-4201. If the patient is late, he/she will be responsible to pay for the full cost of the scheduled appointment. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for one hour but the patient is half an hour late, the patient would be responsible to pay for the full hour. We would not be able to extend the appointment past the scheduled ending time as this would inconvenience multiple other patients. (We also understand emergencies happen. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis.)


Please contact your pharmacy first for refills to help ensure that you are taking the medicine as prescribed. Many times you may already have a refill on file without realizing it. Please allow 3 business days for all prescription refills. If you have not been seen for over six months, you may need labs and a follow-up appointment to review labs prior to getting your refill to make sure you're on track with your Treatment Plan and monitor your bio-chemestry. 

Supplements / Vitamins

Dr. Wine uses a combination of supplements, diet, lifestyle changes, and pharmaceutical medicine as part of her comprehensive treatment plan.  We do offer pharmaceutical grade supplements that are not available at your regular pharmacy or health food store. These products have been selected by Dr. Wine based on her research and study of the product's safety, efficacy, and potency.  As a convenience for our clients you may purchase these products from our clinic or through our online store. However, you are not required to purchase these products in order to receive medical service from Dr. Wine. Visit our online patient store to view our product lines.
